Bio
Alec Pereira is an Associate in the firm’s Casualty Litigation Department and Construction Defect/Injury Litigation Practice Group. He counsels and defends clients in complex litigation involving construction defects and injuries, premises liability, products liability, and general liability. His clients include those in construction and manufacturing industries, along with contractors, property owners, as well as multi-line insurance providers.
Mr. Pereira is a member of the firm's Worksite Accident Response ("WAR") Group, which is available to enrolled clients, and responds immediately via a 24/7/365 phone line to investigate workplace accidents.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Pereira was a Judicial Law Clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court, Burlington Vicinage. He is a graduate of Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law and received a BA in Political Science from the University of Georgia. He has been a legal volunteer for Philadelphia VIP, drafting estate documents such as wills and powers of attorney for those who have need of pro bono services.
