Bio
Andrea Paparelli is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and counsels and defends clients in matters involving construction defect and injury, premises, products, and toxic tort liability. This includes complex construction accidents and injuries and workplace and industrial accidents, as well as alleged toxic exposure with a focus on asbestos litigation and benzene and diacetyl cases. Her clients include companies in the construction, manufacturing, and retail industries, as well as insurers and third-party administrators.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Paparelli was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Francisco Dominguez, Criminal Division, New Jersey Superior Court, and is a former paralegal. She graduated from Rutgers Law School - Camden and holds her B.S. in Meteorology and B.S. in Elementary and Kindergarten Education from Pennsylvania State University.
