Bio
Brittany Czerniakowski is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and counsels and defends clients in matters involving general liability, products liability, Dram Shop/liquor liability, and premises liability. Her clients include companies in the insurance, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing industries, among others.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Czerniakowski served as a Staff Attorney with North Penn Legal Services where she represented numerous clients on a variety of legal issues
Ms. Czerniakowski is a graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School and graduated magna cum laude from King's College with a B.A. in Environmental Studies.
