Bio
David W. Warburton, Jr. is a Principal in the Firm's Workers' Compensation Department. Mr. Warburton focuses his practice on workers’ compensation defense, handling all types of claims up to and including the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board level. His decade of trial and litigation experience includes hundreds of judicial proceedings and depositions, as well as appellate experience.
Mr. Warburton’s clients include third-party administrators, as well as companies in the trucking, long-term care, manufacturing, and temporary staffing industries. He is an approved counsel for a major global freight and transportation company and a leading, global temporary employment/staffing agency.
He is a graduate of Penn State's Dickinson School of Law and was an associate with Arthur Andersen LLP prior to attending law school.
