Josh M. Brick is a Principal in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and counsels and defends clients in general liability claims, including premises liability, toxic tort, products liability, commercial transportation liability, and automotive injury claims. Josh coordinates discovery on a national level for a number of defendants in toxic tort litigation.
Mr. Brick also defends employment discrimination claims, environmental issues, and commercial matters in state and federal courts.
In 2021, 2022, and 2023, Mr. Brick was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer "Rising Star" in the categories of General Litigation and Class Action/Mass Torts. In its 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 editions, The Best Lawyers In America© recognized Mr. Brick in its "Ones to Watch" category in the areas of Labor and Employment and Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions - Defendants. Mr. Brick served as a volunteer law clerk in the chambers of the Honorable Judge Nora Barry Fischer of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Pennsylvania. He also served as a summer student clerk to the Honorable Judge Joseph Goodwin of the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
