Bio
Kosta Patsiopoulos is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and defends individuals, businesses, and insurance carriers/third-party administrators in general liability litigation. His clients include bars and restaurants, manufacturers, commercial transportation and trucking companies, retailers, and entertainment venues, among others.
The Best Lawyers in America™ recognized Mr. Patsiopoulos in its 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 editions in the "Ones to Watch" category in the area of Product Liability Litigation - Defendants. In 2023 and 2024, he was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer "Rising Star" in the category of Personal Injury - Products: Defense. Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Patsiopoulos was an associate with a regional defense firm representing schools in special education law issues. He also served as a staff attorney for A Woman's Place, a domestic violence community benefit organization in Bucks County that provides a full range of programs and services to individuals experiencing domestic violence.
Mr. Patsiopoulos also served as a Judicial Fellow to the Honorable Timika Lane, Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, and as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Lori K. Serratelli, Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas. During his time as a Judicial Law Clerk, he was appointed to serve on the Dauphin County Board of Arbitration.
