Bio
Michael J. Notartomas is a Principal in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department. He counsels and defends clients in claims involving premises liability, commercial transportation liability, workplace accidents, products liability, construction defect, and Dram Shop/liquor liability. His clients include companies in the construction, commercial transportation, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, real estate, and retail industries, among others.
Mr. Notartomas has two decades of experience successfully defending clients in arbitration, mediation, and at trial. He manages all phases of litigation, including initial investigation, pre-complaint resolution, discovery, motions practice, depositions, expert litigation, and trial.
A frequent speaker, Mr. Notartomas has presented seminars and CLEs on litigation strategy, expert discovery, insurance coverage, and contract interpretation, among other topics.
