Bio
Zachary Valkovci is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and counsels and defends clients in matters involving construction defect and injury, premises, products, and toxic tort liability. This includes complex construction accidents and injuries and workplace and industrial accidents, as well as alleged toxic exposure.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Valkovci worked at a small, regional firm, focusing on civil litigation defense. Mr. Valkovci is a graduate of Duquesne University, where he received both his law degree and BA in Political Science. During law school, Mr. Valkovci participated in the Wills & Healthcare Decisions Clinic, where provided pro bono estate planning services to the Pittsburgh community. Mr. Valkovci also received the Aaron J. DeLuca Advocacy Award from Duquesne University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
