Bio
Max A. Greer is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and defends clients in matters involving premises, products, and general liability. His clients include both insured and self-insured companies in the manufacturing, non-profit, hospitality, medical device, insurance, and construction industries, among others. Mr. Greer is experienced in all phases of litigation, from initial case investigation to defending clients in arbitrations and hearings.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Greer served as an Associate with a firm in New York, defending businesses, contractors, property owners, and utilities in complex tort litigation. Mr. Greer also served as an Associate with a firm in Pennsylvania, representing insurers in coverage disputes involving risks under commercial general liability and property and casualty policies and defending builders and contractors in construction defect cases.
He further served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Patrick M. Connelly in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County and to the Honorable Angela R. Krom in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County.
