Fall Workplace Law Seminars
Recent Developments in Employment and Workers' Compensation Law and Proactive Planning for 2025
Federal and state lawmakers and agencies have rolled out multiple new workplace requirements and initiatives. Depending on the outcome of the 2024 Election, workplace laws may again change as new initiatives are developed or rolled back.
Presented by Post and Schell’s Labor and Employment and Workers' Compensation team, this program will provide a comprehensive overview of recent and upcoming developments in employment and workers' compensation law and their practical impact on the workplace. Attendees can plan for 2025 and will learn proactive strategies for immediate implementation to ensure compliance, minimize legal risk, and reduce costs associated with legal claims. The program will be followed by libations and culinary delights.
